We’re two psychotherapists who wanted to go beyond cognitive therapy
Lelena Co. was shaped by both clinical training and lived spiritual experience. Over time, we found ourselves meeting people and moments in our own lives that couldn’t be explained through traditional frameworks alone. Not because those frameworks failed, but because what was present was deeper, harder to name, and carried beyond a single lifetime.
